Bluebonnet Festival

We are really disappointed that it is raining and we will not be selling at the Bluebonnet Festival in Chappell Hill this weekend. We may try to sell on Sunday but it will probably still be too wet. We heard from the event coordinators today that the field was flooded and the tents had been blown down by high winds. We will miss seeing everyone there.

The Austin Hyatt now has a fresh supply of pepper jam. Chef Javier uses several flavors on his buffet table. If you are ever at a dinner at the Hyatt, look for Austin Jam Co. on the table.



It was so good to see Evelyn at the Doubletree Hotel today. Evelyn owns the gift shop and they have Austin Jam Co. on their shelves. If you know of anyone staying at the Austin Doubletree on IH-35 have them stop in the gift shop and buy a jar of pepper jam.



We are planning our dates for spring. I will post them as soon as they are confirmed.

One of the goals of Austin Jam Company this year is to expand the market for Austin Jam Co. While researching where we are on the web it was nice to find a very nice blog by Chile Pepper Underground. Hill Country Galleria

Today was a very, very, very, did I say very, windy day at the Hill Country Galleria. WE managed to keep the canopy in place and not let it fly away with the wind. Thanks for all of you who stopped by for a sample or made a purchase. We will be back tomorrow so if you have not come out to this new shopping mall, it is worth the trip. It is a great place to shop.
